The International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI) is the global organisation behind the WELL Building Standard™, the world's leading evidence-based framework for designing, delivering and operating buildings that support human health and wellbeing.
Developed through scientific research and informed by leading medical professionals, building scientists and industry experts, the WELL Building Standard provides a structured approach to creating environments that positively influence the people who experience them every day.
Unlike traditional building standards, which primarily focus on environmental performance, WELL places human health at the centre of the design process, recognising the significant influence that indoor environments have on our physical health, cognitive performance and overall quality of life.

The WELL Building Standard™ provides a comprehensive framework for integrating health and wellbeing into the built environment through ten interconnected concepts:
Together, these concepts encourage a holistic approach to creating environments that support healthier lifestyles, enhance occupant comfort and contribute to long-term wellbeing.

As WELL Accredited Professionals (WELL APs), we are qualified by the International WELL Building Institute™ to advise project teams on the application of the WELL Building Standard™ throughout the design and delivery process.
Rather than replacing the expertise of architects, engineers or specialist consultants, we work collaboratively alongside the wider project team to help identify opportunities for WELL integration, facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration and support informed decision-making as projects evolve.
Where clients choose to pursue formal WELL Certification™ we provide strategic guidance throughout the certification process, helping coordinate the wider consultant team, interpret WELL requirements and support the preparation of documentation required for certification.
